Terms

These terms apply to Been There, operated by Softilo ([REGISTERED ADDRESS]).

Using the map maker

The map maker is free for personal use. Posters you create are yours to share. The map design and artwork remain ours.

Prints

Prints are made to order for you. Because they’re personalised, your statutory right to cancel doesn’t apply once production starts, but if a print arrives damaged or faulty we’ll replace it free. Contact [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 30 days of delivery.

Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
